DESCRIPTION
Rich facial mask with clay, vitamins and essential oils. Loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes and essential nutrients for the skin. Gently cleansing, soothing, healing, calming, and softening for the skin. It has anti-inflammatory effect, being ideal for sensitive or irritated skin. It is a soothing blend of pure botanical extracts: chamomile, rose, calendula and neroli, all helping to soothe inflammation, reduce redness and even skin tone. Additionally, white French clay from Provence purifies, revitalizes and strengthens skin’s protection barrier. This weekly mask is extremely calming, healing, hydrating and nourishing. Skin is left smooth, clean, radiant and velvety, practically poreless, soft, and refreshed. Suited for all skin types, but most suited for dry, sensitive or reactive skin types.

KEY INGREDIENTS
VITAMIN C ESTER
A powerful antioxidant. A fat-soluble form of vitamin C, the ideal therapy for sun-damaged skin. Reduces pigment spots and brightens the appearance of the skin. Scientifically formulated to lighten, tone and even out the skin.
CLAY
White clay from Provence France is sun-dried and rich in silicon and other minerals. It has many benefits for the skin, cleanses and nourishes. Suitable for all skin types, but especially for dry or sensitive skin.
NIACINAMIDE
It is a form of vitamin B3 beneficial for any skin type but especially for problematic skin, in case of acne, excess sebum, redness, hyperpigmentation, inflammation. Strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier, improves the appearance, hydration and tone of the skin.
PANTHENOL
Panthenol, or provitamin B5, is known to have a calming, repairing, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effect on the skin.
TOCOFEROL
Vitamin E of plant origin is a powerful antioxidant, has anti-aging effect and care for dry, mature or degraded skin by environmental factors.
VITAMIN A
Restores the hydro-lipid balance in the epidermis by promoting hydration, softening the skin, eliminating the effects of aggression by environmental factors due to antioxidant action. Regenerating and promoting cell renewal, increases skin elasticity and prevents the formation of wrinkles.
APPLICATION
Use once per week. After cleansing and exfoliating, apply generously over face, neck and décolleté. Avoid the eye area. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Remove with warm water or wipe with a hot damp towel. Follow with toner, serum, and moisturizer.

We also accept international orders. Deliveries within Europe are insured via DPD and DHL. Deliveries outside Europe are insured via DHL. The delivery cost is 150 RON.

In the event that an ordered product is not available or we are unable to honour your order, we will notify you within 2 working days of placing your order to arrange a convenient alternative, product reservation or refund. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you within 2 business days of placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
1| According to the law on distance commerce, the conditions for returning | exchanging purchased products, for any reason, are stipulated in the O.G. no. 34 | 2014 as amended, as follows:
If the product ordered is not what you wanted, you can return it for exchange or for a refund of the value of the product (minus the costs listed below) within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving a reason and without penalty. We recommend that the returned products be in the original packaging with all accessories, with the labels intact, the documents that accompanied them and with a copy of the Purchase Invoice. Returning a product without its packaging or product accessories will result in a reduction in the value of the products as mentioned below. Products with physical alterations: opened priducts, partially or totally used products, products with scratches, stains, cracks, etc. will not be accepted for return.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the remaining payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The costs of associated services already performed at the time of delivery and/or payment of the order, i.e. delivery costs, refund fee, costs for opening the parcel, costs for additional mileage, bank and online payment fees, will be deducted from the price of the product.
The products will be returned according to the instructions and documents received from HERA MEDICAL SRL.
We do not accept return delivery by Romanian Post, we do not accept shipping payment of the return, parcels sent in this way will be unprocessed and returned to sender.

2| If the products are defective or you have received a product other than the one you ordered online, you can choose between a refund, a product exchange or a credit to your online account, which you can use for a future order. We do not accept returns on discounted products.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product or a product you did not order, please email us at [email protected], within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please include the invoice number and a brief description of the problem and a daytime phone contact number. We will contact you by phone to discuss the return and issue you with a return authorization.
All products to be returned must be sent in the original packaging in which they were shipped, product packaging must be unopened, labels and contents intact.
Returns must be received by HERA MEDICAL SRL within 14 days of return approval. Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
SAMPLE DELIVERY POLICY
To give you the opportunity to experience our products, we are happy to provide samples. On request, your order may be accompanied by a sample of a complementary product, subject to stock availability. In addition, we can exclusively deliver samples before you decide what you want to buy. Samples are delivered under the following conditions:
- 1-3 samples free of charge, customer pays shipping cost
- over 3 samples, you pay 30 lei per sample from the 4th sample onwards; customer pays shipping cost
