DESCRIPTION
PINK ALMOND PLUM KERNEL OIL, virgin, 100 % pure and natural, cold-pressed from organic rosé almond plums from Lot-et-Garonne in Gascogne, France, has a remarkable composition. It is rich in essential fatty acids omega 9 oleic acid, omega 6 linoleic acid, palmitic acid, and vitamin F, as well as antioxidant tocopherol (vitamin E). It nourishes deeply, tones and smooths skin, while restoring its youthful glow. Effectively moisturizes and improves skin elasticity, reduces wrinkles, dryness, and fine lines. Stimulates cell regeneration. Revitalizes mature skin. Restores health of damaged hair.
The oil itself is lightweight enough to be applied directly to skin, absorbing within a couple of minutes. This oil is best suited for dry to very dry skin, or for any skin type with patches of dryness or skin problems – cracked skin, eczema, psoriasis, acne, sunburned skin. In addition to using this oil on its own, it also has a lightweight enough texture that it can be used to increase the hydrating benefits of other products, mixing easily with moisturizers, serums, toners, and|or special treatments.

APPLICATION
FACE | BODY: Apply this virgin pure Plum Kernel Oil to damp face, neck, décolleté, hands, or any part on your body that needs increased hydration and/or healing.
For additional absorption and hydration, mix 1-3 drops of plum oil in your favorite serum, moisturizer, and/or toner.
HAIR: Gently massage and rub the oil on the scalp. Or add 2-3 drops to your shampoo or conditioner. It gives the hair freshness, brilliance, and luster.
This oil is absorbed very easily by the skin and scalp and helps the cells to rejuvenate.

In the event that an ordered product is not available or we are unable to honour your order, we will notify you within 2 working days of placing your order to arrange a convenient alternative, product reservation or refund. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you within 2 business days of placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
1| According to the law on distance commerce, the conditions for returning | exchanging purchased products, for any reason, are stipulated in the O.G. no. 34 | 2014 as amended, as follows:
If the product ordered is not what you wanted, you can return it for exchange or for a refund of the value of the product (minus the costs listed below) within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving a reason and without penalty. We recommend that the returned products be in the original packaging with all accessories, with the labels intact, the documents that accompanied them and with a copy of the Purchase Invoice. Returning a product without its packaging or product accessories will result in a reduction in the value of the products as mentioned below. Products with physical alterations: opened priducts, partially or totally used products, products with scratches, stains, cracks, etc. will not be accepted for return.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the remaining payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The costs of associated services already performed at the time of delivery and/or payment of the order, i.e. delivery costs, refund fee, costs for opening the parcel, costs for additional mileage, bank and online payment fees, will be deducted from the price of the product.
The products will be returned according to the instructions and documents received from HERA MEDICAL SRL.
We do not accept return delivery by Romanian Post, we do not accept shipping payment of the return, parcels sent in this way will be unprocessed and returned to sender.

2| If the products are defective or you have received a product other than the one you ordered online, you can choose between a refund, a product exchange or a credit to your online account, which you can use for a future order. We do not accept returns on discounted products.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product or a product you did not order, please email us at [email protected], within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please include the invoice number and a brief description of the problem and a daytime phone contact number. We will contact you by phone to discuss the return and issue you with a return authorization.
All products to be returned must be sent in the original packaging in which they were shipped, product packaging must be unopened, labels and contents intact.
Returns must be received by HERA MEDICAL SRL within 14 days of return approval. Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
SAMPLE DELIVERY POLICY
To give you the opportunity to experience our products, we are happy to provide samples. On request, your order may be accompanied by a sample of a complementary product, subject to stock availability. In addition, we can exclusively deliver samples before you decide what you want to buy. Samples are delivered under the following conditions:
- 1-3 samples free of charge, customer pays shipping cost
- over 3 samples, you pay 30 lei per sample from the 4th sample onwards; customer pays shipping cost
