Sensitive Home Skincare Set formulated for mild to severe sensitive skin, to help strengthen and balance. These products desensitize and calm sensitive skin conditions by repairing the dermal cellular damage, supporting capillary integrity, nourishing the skin and supporting skin immunity. For sensitivity around the eyes, dehydration or thinness, the Power Moisturizer Eye Complex is an excellent eye treatment. We recommend a rigorous skincare routine morning and evening, but keep in mind that nighttime is the best time to repair and recover sensitive skin, cell regeneration and recovery are more prominent at nighttime.

APPLICATION
ROSE FACE POLISH: Recommended use: 1-2 times per week. On damp skin apply a small amount and massage the face, neck, and décolleté with light circular movements for one minute. Perfect for exfoliating lips and back of the hands as well. Avoid the eye area. Rinse with warm water or remove with a warm damp towel. Pat dry. Follow with toner, serum, and moisturizer.
ROSACEA & COUPEROSE REPAIR: Apply to the clean skin of the face, neck and décolleté.
POWER MOISTURIZER EYE COMPLEX: Morning and/or evening. With fingertips, apply a small amount on the eye contour and lip contour areas and massage in gently with circular motions. Repeat as often as needed during the day, by tapping a small amount around the eyes.

We deliver to all destinations in Romania via SAMEDAY and CAGRUS. Delivery in Romania for orders over 200 RON is free of charge.
We also accept international orders. Deliveries within Europe are insured via DPD and DHL. Deliveries outside Europe are insured via DHL. The delivery cost is 150 RON.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after order or payment. Delivery time is:
- 24 working hours for deliveries in Romania
- 4 working days for deliveries in Europe
- 5 working days for deliveries outside Europe
Legal Holidays
No shipments are made on Romanian public holidays.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
We are a luxury organic online skincare products store and we are committed to providing you with the highest quality, natural specialty products. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service to our customers, along with high quality organic skincare products. In the event that an ordered product is not available or we are unable to honour your order, we will notify you within 2 working days of placing your order to arrange a convenient alternative, product reservation or refund. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you within 2 business days of placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
1| According to the law on distance commerce, the conditions for returning | exchanging purchased products, for any reason, are stipulated in the O.G. no. 34 | 2014 as amended, as follows:
If the product ordered is not what you wanted, you can return it for exchange or for a refund of the value of the product (minus the costs listed below) within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving a reason and without penalty. We recommend that the returned products be in the original packaging with all accessories, with the labels intact, the documents that accompanied them and with a copy of the Purchase Invoice. Returning a product without its packaging or product accessories will result in a reduction in the value of the products as mentioned below. Products with physical alterations: opened priducts, partially or totally used products, products with scratches, stains, cracks, etc. will not be accepted for return.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the remaining payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The costs of associated services already performed at the time of delivery and/or payment of the order, i.e. delivery costs, refund fee, costs for opening the parcel, costs for additional mileage, bank and online payment fees, will be deducted from the price of the product.
The products will be returned according to the instructions and documents received from HERA MEDICAL SRL.
We do not accept return delivery by Romanian Post, we do not accept shipping payment of the return, parcels sent in this way will be unprocessed and returned to sender.

2| If the products are defective or you have received a product other than the one you ordered online, you can choose between a refund, a product exchange or a credit to your online account, which you can use for a future order. We do not accept returns on discounted products.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product or a product you did not order, please email us at [email protected], within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please include the invoice number and a brief description of the problem and a daytime phone contact number. We will contact you by phone to discuss the return and issue you with a return authorization.
All products to be returned must be sent in the original packaging in which they were shipped, product packaging must be unopened, labels and contents intact.
Returns must be received by HERA MEDICAL SRL within 14 days of return approval. Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
SAMPLE DELIVERY POLICY
To give you the opportunity to experience our products, we are happy to provide samples. On request, your order may be accompanied by a sample of a complementary product, subject to stock availability. In addition, we can exclusively deliver samples before you decide what you want to buy. Samples are delivered under the following conditions:
- 1-3 samples free of charge, customer pays shipping cost
- over 3 samples, you pay 30 lei per sample from the 4th sample onwards; customer pays shipping cost
